Here, you’ll find a space to pause. Through any combination of counselling, yoga, and breathwork, we’ll work together to recover your nervous system, reconnect with your inner world, and rediscover what it feels like to truly be at home in yourself.
If you’re ready to find your way back, this is the place to begin again.

Certified Breathwork Facilitator

I came to this work because I’ve seen too many people, myself included, lose touch with who they really are under the weight of fear, survival, and overwhelm. What starts as a coping strategy becomes a default, and before long you might ask: “Who am I when I don’t have all these walls up?”
I believe that healing is about finding your way back to yourself. Safe, grounded, present and reclaiming the parts of you that got hidden or silenced. Over the years I’ve watched how trauma, stress, and survival mode can hijack not just our thoughts but our body, our nervous system, and our sense of home in ourselves.
That’s why my approach blends counselling, yoga and breathwork, so you don’t just think your way back, you feel your way back. I work with you to slow down, listen to the signals your body has been sending, and rebuild the capacity to feel safe and secure in your own skin. I’ll join you in that work with honesty, compassion and respect. There is no rush, no “fixed outcome,” just the steady unfolding of your own healing.
As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (Level 2), Certified Yoga Instructor and Breathwork Facilitator, I offer trauma-informed counselling in person (Kelowna, BC) and online.
When you’re ready to step out of survival mode and start coming home to yourself, I’ll be here.

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Each part of you deserves care, and each of these practices supports the others. Together, they help your mind and body work as a team again.

I offer trauma-informed counselling that helps you understand and work through the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that shape your story, and begin to release what no longer serves you. My integrative approach combines cognitive insight with body awareness, helping you find safety, regulation, and connection from the inside out.

Therapeutic yoga helps you slow down and listen to your body. It supports nervous system regulation, builds emotional awareness, and gently reconnects you with your physical self. Each session meets you where you are, creating space to move, breathe, and rebuild trust with your body.

Breath is a bridge between the body and mind. Through guided breathwork, you’ll learn techniques that calm your nervous system, ease tension, and bring clarity to your inner world. It’s a powerful way to release what’s been held inside and invite safety and balance back into your life.
There’s no single path to healing. Your mind, body, and heart each deserve care in ways that feel right for you. You are welcome to come just for counselling, or explore the optional supports of yoga and breathwork if and when they feel helpful. Each approach can help your mind and body learn to work as a team again, gently guiding you back toward safety, connection, and self-trust.

Therapeutic yoga helps you slow down and listen to your body. Gentle, trauma-informed movement that helps you reconnect with your body and feel what “safe enough” can be. It supports nervous system regulation, builds emotional awareness, and gently reconnects you with your physical self. With no pressure to perform or push, each session meets you where you are, creating space to notice, breathe, and begin listening to your body’s signals with compassion and curiosity. Sessions are offered on an as needed basis. Contact me to arrange a private session or join a group.

Breath is one of your most powerful tools for regulation and release. Through guided breathwork, you’ll learn direct ways to regulate your nervous system, clear stored tension, and create new neural pathways. It’s a powerful way to release what’s been held inside and invite safety and balance back into your life. It’s a practice of coming home to the moment, to your body, to yourself. Sessions are offered on an as needed basis. Contact me to arrange a private session or join a group.

Are you...
feeling disconnected from yourself
reacting in ways you don’t understand
wondering why you can’t just get over it
The truth is that your body and mind are trying to protect you.
You might know exactly what needs to change, but still can’t seem to make it happen. You’ve read the books, tried the strategies, and told yourself to do better, yet something keeps pulling you back into the same patterns. My work is for people who are their own worst enemy. The ones who know what to do but can’t seem to break through the barriers that keep them stuck in old stories. Together, we focus on understanding those patterns, regulating your nervous system, and rebuilding safety from the inside out.
Because your nervous system remembers before your mind does. We’ll help your body feel safe enough to respond differently.
Yes. Healing starts with safety and small moments of reconnection, many times over.
You don’t have to know where to start, just show up and be honest. You choose what you share and when. I’ll bring the tools and guidance, and together we’ll find our way forward.
Yes. Healing is about remembering who you are beneath the survival patterns. You already have what you need, and we’ll work on helping you feel it again.
We go at your pace. I’ll help you regulate and stay grounded, not retraumatized.
Trying again takes real courage! I integrate cognitive and somatic work so healing happens through both mind and body. My integrative approach means that we will be doing work together, not just talking.
You can choose what feels right. I offer both online and in-person sessions. Many clients find online sessions just as effective. Local clients are welcome to switch between online and in person, at their convenience.
I work with adults (ages 16+) looking to move out of survival mode and reconnect with themselves. You’ll know we’re a good fit if you feel comfortable, understood, and able to breathe a little easier with me.
Because I’m trauma-informed, we will have a conversation that helps me understand the landscape of your life. This allows me to see where connections can be made and how to work gently and thoughtfully with your wounds. After that, we will dig right into the work.
Yes — all emotional expressions are welcome, and there’s no right or wrong way to show up. You get to be exactly as you are without judgment.
Our work together is about creating safety, understanding your patterns, and learning how to move through life without fighting against yourself.

When we work together, you can expect honesty, collaboration, and a space where all parts of you are welcome. Healing happens when you feel seen and safe, so we begin by building trust and understanding at your pace.
I’ll guide you through the process, explaining what we’re doing and why, so you always feel grounded and informed. Together, we’ll explore both the stories that shape your thoughts and the patterns held in your body. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, hold boundaries, and meet your emotions with compassion instead of judgment.
This work can include conversation, mindfulness, movement, and breath. Sometimes it’s gentle, and sometimes it asks you to look at what feels uncomfortable. Either way, you’ll never be alone in it.
Swearing is welcome, but not mandatory. What matters most is that you show up as you are.

Change can feel slow until one day it doesn’t. Moments that once felt overwhelming start to soften. You begin to notice space where there used to be tension, calm where there used to be chaos, and a deeper trust in yourself that grows with each step.
That’s what this work is for, creating a life that feels safe, steady, and real. Whether we meet in person or online, our focus is helping you reconnect with your body, your boundaries, and the parts of you that already know how to heal.
If you’re ready to experience life on the other side of survival, I’d be honoured to support you.
